Wine? Candy? Gourmet food? There are a lot of “by the month” clubs out there, even (yes, believe it) porn of the month clubs. But lingerie? I have recently discovered the ENCLOSED, a luxury lingerie service that brings beautiful brands like Agent Provocateur, Eberjay, Maison Close and more, to your door (or that of your lucky recipient) in a beautiful, hard sided presentation box filled with real pink and red rose petals. You can send one box (recommended by type and by occasion) or get one each month so there’s always something to look forward to!
If you’ve ever tried to shop for exquisite lingerie for yourself or for someone else, it’s either overwhelming, or you can’t find what you want all in one place. And once you do find something, it has to fit. It’s even more difficult to do this online. I was sent a certificate for one pair. Since Leather and Lace Advice is a site that promotes intimacy, I selected bikinis , thongs, and clandestine and for style I selected Fashion Forward and Kinky Kitten, in hues of Colorful Combos, Decadent Darks, Whites and Lights and the feel of Luscious Lacy or Stretchy Comfy. I figured that would give ENCLOSED a range of choices and I had no idea what they’d send.

The presentation, including the voile bag with white silky tassel drawstring that the bikini arrived in, did make me feel special and pampered. The bikini was a perfect fit as well. I probably would not have selected something with bows and peep holes in the back, but it was different, and that made it fun — a way to try something new. And if you are someone who loves lingerie, you will find it nice to discover lingerie from new sources. Since I’d never heard of Shell Belle Couture before, I took a look and discovered that even at $50 per bikini, I was happy to discoverer that these were a good value.
A gift from ENCLOSED would make a great gift for a bride-to-be, or that friend who has been down in the dumps, or perhaps, for someone’s special birthday.
